Content Creator & Brand Personality

Overview

• Stat Global is a real estate investment and advisory firm in Business Bay, Dubai.
• We work with serious investors and property owners.
• No fluff, no broker spam, just clean advice and solid execution.
• We need someone to be the face of the brand on camera and behind the mic.
• What the job actually is
• You'll shoot short-form videos for TikTok and Reels, host a real estate podcast, and create ad content for Meta campaigns.
• You'll work directly with our videographer and marketing team so this isn't a one-person-and-a-ring-light situation.
• There's a real production setup behind you.
• Day to day
• Film 2 to 4 short videos per week (market tips, property explainers, investor content)
• Host a weekly or fortnightly podcast with guests from the Dubai real estate world
• Create UGC video assets
• Plan shoots with the videographer and show up prepared
• Work with the marketing team on scripts and content ideas
• Who we want
• Good English, natural on camera. An accent is genuinely a plus
• Some real estate knowledge. You don't need to be an agent but you should know what yield means
• You've made content before and you know what gets views
• Based in Dubai or willing to relocate
