About This Role

Role Description

We seek a Performance Marketer/PPC Specialist at EDEN AESTHETICS Clinic Dubai. The role involves managing and optimizing PPC campaigns, analyzing performance data, conducting keyword research, and implementing strategies to drive traffic and conversions. The Performance Marketer will collaborate with the marketing team to enhance the online presence and achieve marketing goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our clinic's services and brand.
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on various platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn.
  • Update and maintain the clinic's website, ideally with experience using Wix, ensuring content is current, relevant, and engaging.
  • Create and edit visual and written content, including images, videos, and copy, for use across multiple channels.
  • Manage and grow our social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Design and implement email marketing campaigns using tools like Brevo.
  • Utilize marketing automation and CRM platforms such as HubSpot to track leads, manage customer relationships, and measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying insights to optimize our marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create and execute successful marketing campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of proven experience in marketing, ideally within the healthcare industry.
  • Excellent knowledge of marketing principles and practices, including digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
  • Proficiency in paid advertising platforms, such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager.
  • Strong skills in website management and content management systems, such as Wix and WordPress.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms like Mailchimp and Mailgun.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools such as HubSpot.
  • Proficient in graphic design and video editing software, such as Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Self-motivated, creative, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
