Performance Manager

What You'll Do

• Within this role you will: Recruiting and allocating team members to delivery projects. Line Management of the Performance Team. You will be involved in oversight and preparations for data and information in line with the monthly reporting cycle, providing valuable insights and intelligence to support effective decision-making Fostering strong relationships with project teams Implementing performance reporting deliverables such as Project Board performance packs and the Performance Measurement Update cycle. There will be an element of continuous improvement as new performance requirements are developed and will need to be cascaded through the Partner community and implemented in a consistent way. The Performance Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Performance Lead Team (circa 5 direct reports) and the wider stakeholder community. They will report to the Head of Data and Performance Management What You'll Get A competitive salary between £58,000 - £75,000– dependent on capability As well as your base salary, you will receive a bonus of up to 30% of your salary for stretch performance and a competitive contributory pension scheme where we will double match your contribution to a maximum company contribution of 12%.
