Role overview

Workplace and schedule

• Hybrid model combines in-person work at client sites or the AlixPartners office with remote work.
• Travel is part of the position, with frequency varying by client, team, and circumstances.
• Office location is KAFD, Riyadh. Working hours are 8:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m., Sunday to Thursday.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end performance improvement project delivery, including operational diagnostics, supply-chain optimization, cost reduction, and financial modeling.
• Quantify project impact and support client decision-making across a range of industries.

Requirements

• Master’s degree with strong academic success; Business, Finance, or Engineering degrees are preferable.
• 5–8 years of consulting experience at a top-tier international consulting firm.
• Broad expertise across supply chain, large transformations, financial modeling, and pricing.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint knowledge; excellent written and verbal English. Arabic is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel across the GCC, work outside normal hours when needed, and work in office and remote environments.
• Valid Saudi residency or ability to obtain it; ability to obtain a permit to travel and work across the EU.
• Ability to promote the firm’s values and foster an inclusive environment.
