What You'll Drive

A HealthTech company in Dubai needs someone to own patient growth.

Not in support of it.

Own it.

The acquisition engine is live across paid social, search, SEO, and CRM.

The channels work.

What's missing is the person who drives performance across all of them, holds the number, and leads the team running it day to day.

You own the full patient journey, from first impression to booked appointment to long-term retention.

Including budget, CAC, conversion, and measurements.

What You'll Focus On

  • Build and execute a quarterly growth roadmap across paid, organic, and partnership channels; translate commercial targets into channel priorities and iterate fast.
  • Lead a team of growth marketers while staying in the work: ad-set level, A/B testing, creative calls.
  • Own the performance marketing budget; full accountability for CAC, LTV, and ROAS.
  • Own Lead to Booked Appointment conversion rate; CRM and nurture workflows across SMS, WhatsApp, and email; sub-5-minute speed-to-lead; 25–40% Lead-to-Booking benchmark.
  • Drive appointment show rates above 85% through structured confirmation and re-engagement.
  • Partner with medical and content teams on clinically accurate, conversion-focused creative; champion physician-led content as a performance asset.
  • Maintain tracking and attribution across all paid channels; no gaps.
  • Report performance to senior leadership in plain commercial language: CAC, LTV, ROAS, revenue contribution.
  • Ensure all campaigns comply with UAE healthcare advertising standards.

Who You Are

  • 5–8 years in growth or performance marketing; at least 2 years leading a team
  • Track record driving patient or consumer acquisition in healthcare or HealthTech, ideally in the UAE or GCC.
  • Owned significant paid media budgets with direct accountability for outcomes.
  • Power user of Meta CAPI, Google PMax, TikTok Ads Manager, GA4, and HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Comfortable with Tableau or Mixpanel and CRM automation across WhatsApp, SMS, and email.
  • Uses AI tools to accelerate creative testing, content production, and optimisation.
  • Thinks in unit economics; qualified leads and CPA, not impressions.
  • Spots gaps before they become problems and moves without being told.
