A HealthTech company in Dubai needs someone to own patient growth at the highest level.

Not manage campaigns.

Own the entire engine.

The foundations are there across paid social, search, SEO, CRM, and a contact centre already running.

What's missing is the leader who sets the vision, holds the P&L, and builds a world-class growth function that directly impacts clinical outcomes.

You report to the Founders.

You own the number.

What You'll Focus On

  • Define and execute the long-term growth roadmap; translate the founder's vision into a data-driven acquisition strategy across paid, organic, partnerships, and brand.
  • Lead and scale the Growth Marketing team, BD function, and Patient Contact Centre with direct management accountability.
  • Own the performance marketing budget end-to-end; full accountability for CAC, LTV, ROAS, and top-line revenue.
  • Own Lead to Booked Appointment conversion; CRM and omnichannel nurture across SMS, WhatsApp, and call; sub-5-minute speed-to-lead; 25–40% Lead-to-Booking benchmark.
  • Drive appointment show rates above 85% through structured outbound confirmation and re-engagement workflows.
  • Identify and close strategic partnerships across insurance, corporate wellness, and fitness to diversify acquisition beyond paid channels.
  • Lead implementation of first-party data infrastructure, including Server-Side Tracking and Meta CAPI.
  • Deliver high-cadence performance reporting to the Board in clear commercial language: EBITDA impact, unit economics, market share.
  • Ensure all campaigns comply with UAE healthcare advertising standards.

Who You Are

  • 8–12 years in growth or performance marketing; at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record driving patient acquisition in healthcare, clinics, or HealthTech within the UAE or GCC.
  • Managed multi-million dirham budgets with direct accountability to Founders or Boards.
  • Architect or power user of Meta CAPI, Google PMax, TikTok Ads Manager, GA4, Salesforce or HubSpot, and Tableau or Mixpanel.
  • Experience leading or transforming a Contact Centre, Sales, or Patient Services team.
  • Thinks in unit economics; revenue, margins, and LTV, not impressions.
  • Moves without being told; proactively identifies gaps before they become problems.
