The Performance Engineer monitors KPIs, analyzes operational data, and drives continuous improvement initiatives.
The role supports cross-functional teams by ensuring process compliance, optimizing service delivery, and improving data integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Track and analyze operational KPIs using ERP and other data sources, and generate dashboards and reports.
- Perform root cause analysis using Pareto, Fishbone, and 5 Whys methods, and support Lean Six Sigma initiatives.
- Collect and validate field service data, usage records, and manpower reports through audits and corrective actions.
- Collaborate with Operations, HSE, Maintenance, and Quality teams on performance standards and SOP and contract compliance.
- Provide technical support and documentation during internal and external audits.
- Develop training materials, monitor assessments, and track competency development.
- Maintain accurate and current performance data in the ERP system.
Qualifications
- An engineering degree is required.
- Industrial or petroleum engineering is preferred.
- Hands-on KPI experience is required.
- Tubular Running Services or related field knowledge is preferred.
- Six Sigma knowledge is preferred.
