Performance and Automation engineer

Position: Performance & Automation Test Engineer Level: Mid-Level

Design, develop, and execute performance and automated test plans and scripts

Conduct load, stress, spike, and endurance testing to identify bottlenecks

Build and maintain automation frameworks for web, mobile, and API testing

Integrate automated and performance tests into CI/CD pipelines

Analyze test results and produce clear, actionable reports

Collaborate with development and architecture teams to define performance benchmarks and test coverage strategies

Document defects and track them through to resolution

3–5 years of experience in performance and automation testing

Proficiency in Java as the primary coding language

Hands-on experience with Selenium with Java and Playwright for test automation

Hands-on experience with JMeter for performance testing

with API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured)

Familiarity with monitoring tools (Grafana, Dynatrace, or New Relic)

with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions)

Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology
