Pega Lead Systems Architect 798

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years demonstrated experience developing, configuring, implementing, and supporting Pega applications.
- Willing and able to obtain a TS/SCI with polygraph clearance.
- Must be willing to work on site in Annapolis Junction, MD.
- Strong knowledge of the Pega Platform and experience building model-driven, enterprise-level business applications and workflows.
- Demonstrated experience developing, configuring, implementing, and supporting Pega applications in an enterprise environment.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong business process modeling, functional design, and development experience.
- Experience working with stakeholders, Product Owners, Business Architects, etc.
- Strong documentation skills, including requirements, test cases, release notes, and training materials.
Desired Qualifications:
- Certified Pega Lead System Architect (CPLSA) certification
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
- The estimated salary range for this position is between $150,000-$265,000 (annualized USD). This range reflects the typical pay for the role and is one part of the company's comprehensive compensation package. Actual salaries are influenced by several factors, such as location, the individual’s education, skills, experience, and competencies, as well as contract affordability and organizational needs.
