Full-time, on-site Pediatrician role described as based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Provides comprehensive primary and specialty care for infants, children, and adolescents.
Responsibilities
- Conduct routine check-ups and developmental assessments, administer vaccinations, and manage acute and chronic conditions.
- Perform clinical examinations, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop evidence-based treatment plans.
- Counsel families on growth, nutrition, safety, and preventive care.
- Coordinate care with physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals while following local healthcare regulations and facility protocols.
- Maintain accurate medical records and participate in quality improvement to enhance pediatric care standards.
Qualifications
- Strong clinical expertise in medicine and pediatrics, including broad pediatric conditions.
- Experience in children's and adolescents' primary care, preventive services, and continuity of care.
- Knowledge and practice experience in neonatology, including newborn and premature infant care.
- Medical degree (MD or equivalent) and completed pediatric residency.
- Valid or obtainable Dubai DHA professional license and familiarity with UAE healthcare regulations.
- Board certification or eligibility in Pediatrics is preferred.
- Ability to coordinate care and referrals with physicians and multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication for culturally sensitive counseling and education.
- Commitment to ethical practice, patient safety, continuous learning, and quality improvement.
