Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician to remove dents, dings, and minor body damage from vehicles without affecting the original paint finish.
The ideal candidate will have experience using specialized PDR tools and techniques to restore vehicles to their original condition while maintaining high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect vehicle damage and determine the appropriate PDR repair method.
- Remove dents, dings, hail damage, and minor body imperfections without repainting.
- Use specialized PDR tools and equipment safely and effectively.
- Assess repair quality and ensure vehicles meet company standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Communicate repair progress and requirements to supervisors and customers when needed.
- Follow safety procedures and company policies.
- Assist with other vehicle reconditioning tasks as required.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a PDR Technician or in automotive body repair.
- Knowledge of paintless dent repair techniques and tools.
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good problem-solving and time-management skills.
- Valid driving license is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in Paintless Dent Repair.
- Experience repairing hail damage and luxury vehicles.
- Strong customer service skills.
