Responsible for promoting the garage's services, increasing customer bookings, building brand awareness, and supporting business growth through digital and traditional marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote vehicle repair, maintenance, detailing, and other garage services.
- Manage social media accounts and create engaging content related to automotive services and promotions.
- Coordinate online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
- Build relationships with corporate clients, fleet operators, and individual customers.
- Monitor customer feedback and online reviews to enhance the garage's reputation.
- Create promotional offers and loyalty programs to increase customer retention.
- Conduct market research on competitors and industry trends.
- Track marketing performance and prepare reports on lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Assist in organizing promotional events and partnerships.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in marketing, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, and customer engagement.
- Strong communication and sales skills.
- Ability to analyze marketing data and prepare reports.
