We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced **Payroll Specialist** to join our team in Abu Dhabi.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing payroll accurately and on time while ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Process monthly payroll accurately and within deadlines.
- Maintain employee payroll records and ensure data accuracy.
- Calculate salaries, overtime, deductions, allowances, and end-of-service benefits.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.
- Coordinate with HR and Finance on payroll-related matters.
- Prepare payroll reports and support audits when required.
- Resolve employee payroll queries promptly and professionally.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of payroll experience, preferably in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and payroll practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll/HRMS software.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
