Key Responsibilities
- Manage monthly payroll processing accurately and on time
- Maintain employee payroll records and ensure data accuracy
- Handle employee inquiries related to payroll and compensation
- Support HR operations processes and employee lifecycle activities
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor regulations
- Bachelor s degree
- 2 to 4 years of experience in Payroll and/or HR Operations
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Good understanding of HR systems and payroll processes (ATS/HRIS is a plus)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
