Qualifications
- Extensive working knowledge of payroll processes and payroll legislation
- Hands on payroll experience preferably in HR3 (similar platforms will be considered)
- Ability to understand the end-to-end requirements of project management and the importance of accuracy and timeliness
- Prior experience establishing new processes and best practices, along with the creation of supporting documentation
- Confident communicator working across multiple stakeholders at all levels
- Enjoys being part of a team but can also work autonomously
