Payroll Manager

About This Role

Fox Kitchen is seeking an experienced and detail-driven Payroll Manager to join our finance and HR operations team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely salary disbursements, maintaining compliance with labor regulations, and supporting employee compensation administration.

This role is ideal for a professional who combines strong analytical skills with precision, confidentiality, and a deep understanding of payroll systems in a fast-paced business environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the full payroll cycle, ensuring accurate and timely salary processing
• Maintain and update employee payroll records, including allowances, deductions, and benefits
• Ensure compliance with Qatar labor laws and company policies related to payroll
• Review and validate timesheets, attendance, and overtime calculations
• Prepare monthly payroll reports, summaries, and financial reconciliations
• Coordinate with HR and finance teams on employee compensation and benefits
• Manage end-of-service calculations, leave settlements, and final payments
• Handle payroll queries and resolve discrepancies in a timely and professional manner
• Support internal and external audits related to payroll and compensation
• Identify and implement improvements in payroll processes and systems

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in payroll management or payroll operations
• Strong knowledge of payroll systems and HRIS platforms
• Solid understanding of Qatar labor law and payroll compliance requirements
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar payroll software
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in F&B, hospitality, or multi-site operations is an advantage
