Overview
Fox Kitchen is seeking an experienced and detail-driven **Payroll Manager** to join our finance and HR operations team in Doha, Qatar.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely salary disbursements, maintaining compliance with labor regulations, and supporting employee compensation administration.
This role is ideal for a professional who combines strong analytical skills with precision, confidentiality, and a deep understanding of payroll systems in a fast-paced business environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the full payroll cycle, ensuring accurate and timely salary processing
- Maintain and update employee payroll records, including allowances, deductions, and benefits
- Ensure compliance with Qatar labor laws and company policies related to payroll
- Review and validate timesheets, attendance, and overtime calculations
- Prepare monthly payroll reports, summaries, and financial reconciliations
- Coordinate with HR and finance teams on employee compensation and benefits
- Manage end-of-service calculations, leave settlements, and final payments
- Handle payroll queries and resolve discrepancies in a timely and professional manner
- Support internal and external audits related to payroll and compensation
- Identify and implement improvements in payroll processes and systems
& Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in payroll management or payroll operations
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems and HRIS platforms
- Solid understanding of Qatar labor law and payroll compliance requirements
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar payroll software
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in F&B, hospitality, or multi-site operations is an advantage
