Responsibilities

• Oversee payroll processing to ensure accurate and timely salary payments.
• Manage payroll calculations, deductions, overtime, leave adjustments, and final settlements.
• Lead and support payroll team members and ensure efficient daily operations.
• Monitor compliance with applicable UAE labour laws and payroll requirements, including WPS where applicable.
• Review payroll reports, reconciliations, and employee compensation records.
• Coordinate with HR and Finance on salary changes, benefits, and employee records.
• Ensure payroll data is handled securely and confidentially.
• Improve payroll systems, internal controls, and reporting processes.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant payroll experience, including supervisory or management responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of payroll systems, Excel, and payroll reporting.
• Excellent numerical, analytical, and reconciliation skills.
• Good understanding of payroll controls and relevant UAE employment requirements.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience managing payroll teams and handling complex payroll matters is an advantage.
• A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
