Position Summary
The Payroll and Recruitment Executive shall be responsible for managing payroll administration and recruitment activities for the Company's clients.
The role includes payroll processing, payroll reporting, candidate sourcing, recruitment coordination, client relationship management, and support in business development activities.
The Executive shall ensure accurate payroll delivery, efficient recruitment processes, and compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and Company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Process payroll, maintain payroll records, prepare payroll reports, and perform payroll reconciliations.
- Coordinate with clients, banks, payroll software providers, HR departments, Finance teams, and relevant government authorities.
- Ensure payroll accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
- Conduct initial candidate interviews and coordinate interviews with clients.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Build and maintain candidate databases and talent pipelines.
- Attend client and business development meetings and assist in managing key accounts.
- Advise clients on recruitment strategies, market trends, and hiring practices.
- Track recruitment metrics and prepare periodic reports.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, candidates, and stakeholders.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in payroll processing and recruitment is mandatory.**
- Knowledge of UAE Labour Law, payroll practices, and recruitment procedures.
- Experience using and implementation of payroll software, HRMS platforms, and recruitment portals.
- Strong communication, organizational, and client management skill
