Overview
Client Relation Executive shall be responsible for generating business opportunities for the Firm through outbound calls, LinkedIn networking, social media engagement, client relationship management, and appointment setting.
The role involves identifying prospective clients, arranging meetings for lawyers and consultants, following up on proposals, maintaining client communications, and supporting the business development process through to successful engagement and closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and business contacts to introduce the Firm's legal services.
- Generate and qualify leads through telephone outreach, LinkedIn, social media platforms, referrals, and networking activities.
- Arrange meetings, consultations, and presentations for lawyers and senior management.
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospective clients and existing contacts.
- Coordinate proposal submissions, engagement letters, quotations, and client onboarding documentation.
- Track business opportunities and maintain accurate records within the CRM and internal systems.
- Assist in preparing business development materials, presentations, and marketing campaigns.
- Manage the Firm's professional presence on LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral partners, and business stakeholders.
- Support lawyers and consultants in converting prospects into clients and monitor progress until engagement closure.
- Prepare periodic reports on leads, meetings, proposals, and business development activities.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in a call centre, telemarketing, client relations, business development, customer service, executive assistant, or secretary role is mandatory.
- Previous experience in a professional services, legal, consultancy, real estate, banking, or corporate environment will be an advantage.
- Strong command of English; additional languages will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn, social media platforms, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems.
