Payroll Administrator – Dubai (In-House) Job Title Arabic Speaker

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Payroll Administrator to manage the end-to-end payroll process for employees within the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, maintaining employee records, coordinating payroll-related documentation, and managing labor system updates through the MOHRE and relevant government portals, including employment agreement amendments and labor-related updates.

The role requires strong knowledge of UAE labor processes, payroll administration, WPS processing, SIF file preparation, and employee lifecycle coordination.

Key Responsibilities Payroll Administration

· Process monthly payroll accurately and within agreed timelines

· Prepare payroll reports, salary summaries, and variance reports

· Coordinate payroll inputs including:

o New joiners

o Resignations and terminations

o

Salary

amendments

o Allowances and deductions

o Overtime and unpaid leave

o Commissions and incentives

· Ensure payroll data accuracy and maintain confidentiality at all times

· Coordinate with Finance regarding payroll funding and payment timelines

· Prepare payroll reconciliations and resolve payroll discrepancies

· Maintain payroll records and supporting documentation

WPS s SIF Administration

· Prepare and validate WPS payroll files in line with UAE regulations

· Generate and prepare SIF (Salary Information File) submissions accurately and within payroll deadlines

· Coordinate with banks, exchange houses, and Finance teams regarding salary transfer processing

· Verify employee banking information and payroll transfer data

· Monitor WPS compliance and resolve any salary transfer rejections or errors

· Maintain records relating to salary transfers, WPS submissions, and payroll confirmations

· Ensure payroll processing aligns with MOHRE and WPS compliance requirements

MOHRE s Government Portal Administration

· Maintain and manage the MOHRE portal and related labor system records

·

Process and monitor:

o Employment agreement amendments

o

Salary

amendments

o Position title changes

o Labor contract updates

o Work permit updates where applicable

· Coordinate with Operations, PROs, and HR regarding labor-related submissions and approvals

· Ensure employee records on MOHRE systems remain accurate and up to date

· Track pending labor approvals, amendments, and employee status changes

· Assist with documentation required for labor inspections or audits

Employee Lifecycle Administration

· Maintain employee records and payroll files

· Support onboarding and offboarding administration

· Coordinate collection of payroll and employment documentation

· Ensure employee changes are reflected accurately across internal systems and government portals

· Prepare employment letters and payroll-related confirmations when required

Compliance s Reporting:

· Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law and company policies

· Maintain organized payroll and employee documentation records

· Assist with internal audits and payroll reconciliations

· Generate payroll and headcount reports as requested by management

Requirements

· Minimum 2–4 years’ experience in payroll administration within the UAE

· Strong knowledge of UAE payroll processes, WPS, and SIF preparation

·

Experience

using MOHRE and UAE government portals

·

Experience

processing employment agreement amendments and labor updates

· Strong understanding of UAE Labor Law

· High attention to detail and accuracy

· Strong organizational and administrative skills

· Ability to handle confidential information professionally

· Proficient in Microsoft Excel and payroll systems

· Strong communication skills in English

Preferred

·

Experience

within high-volume or multi-entity environments

·

Experience

coordinating with PROs and Operations teams

· Familiarity with HRIS/payroll systems

· Arabic language skills advantageous
