  • ****Role Overview:****
  • We are looking for seasoned industry professional who can combine the knowledge of traditional payments industry, especially in the merchant acquiring side, with innovative crypto payments solutions.
  • Candidate would need to be capable of working in startup environment, wearing multiple hats if necessary, and bridging communication between variety of stakeholders.
  • ****Key Responsibilities:****
  • Develop pipeline of partnerships and manage incoming leads
  • Personally participate in prospecting, acquisition, onboarding and due diligence of key partners
  • Screen through incoming leads generated through various channels and evaluate those that align with strategic priorities
  • Personally prepare necessary presentation materials, proposals, pitch documents and proposals
  • Drive deal closure from initial moment all the way to go live and successful transaction volume growth
  • Manage relationships with key partners / customers
  • Ensure that key partners and customers are heard, and taken care of
  • Assist marketing team in launch and execution of marketing campaigns and other promotional activities
  • Drive product development and innovation
  • Act as internal customer representative and drive product roadmap development
  • Determine key areas for product expansion based on feedback from the market and customers
  • Write BRDs and act as a subject matter expert for the product management team on requirements
  • ****Candidate Profile:****

Core Background

  • 5–10 years of professional experience in payment industry, business development focus on merchants and Payment Service Providers from the acquirer / payment scheme perspective.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling business development and sales / partnership operations
  • Knowledge of payments, acquiring and money transfer regulations, technologies and business models

Technical & Functional Expertise

  • Strong understanding of fiat payment infrastructures, including merchant acquiring.
  • Familiarity with crypto compliance frameworks, including VASP, stablecoin, and blockchain-based financial products.
  • Hands-on experience in sales, business development and partner management function.
  • Negotiations on pricing and contractual matters

Soft Skills & Competencies

  • Strategic thinker with a solution-oriented mindset — capable of balancing compliance rigor with business agility.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership: able to collaborate effectively with product, legal, engineering, and customer service teams.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of managing customers and partners from various cultural and geographical areas
  • Fluent written and spoken English is a must, other languages are a plus
