Overview
We are looking for an experienced **Pattern Master** to join our garment production team.
The ideal candidate should be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, cut, and grade patterns for various garment styles
- Convert design sketches into production‑ready patterns
- Ensure patterns match required measurements and fit standards
- Work closely with cutting and stitching teams to ensure accuracy
- Make adjustments to patterns based on sample fitting feedback
- Maintain pattern records and ensure proper labeling
- Assist in improving garment fit and production efficiency
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years experience as a Pattern Master
- Strong knowledge of garment construction and measurements
- Ability to work with manual pattern drafting (paper)
- Experience with different fabric types
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work under deadlines
- Pay: From AED2,000.00 per month
