About This Role
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and experienced PST Clinic Lead to oversee the day-to-day operations of our clinic while supporting core Patient Support Team (PST) functions. This role is key in ensuring operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and delivering an exceptional patient experience.
The successful candidate will work closely with Clinical Directors and report directly to the Patient Support Team Leader.
Key Responsibilities
Clinic Operations & Scheduling
- Manage and optimize clinicians’ schedules to maximize efficiency and room utilization
- Ensure accurate diary management, avoiding booking conflicts and minimizing gaps
- Control and manage diary access and blocking for designated clinicians
Stock & Resource Management
- Maintain adequate levels of non-medical stock and coordinate with Finance for replenishment
- Monitor stock usage and proactively report shortages
- Identify and coordinate maintenance and facility-related issues
Compliance & Regulatory Standards
- Maintain up-to-date DHA documentation, licenses, and clinic records
- Support DHA inspections and audits
- Ensure full compliance with DHA regulations and internal policies across the clinic
Patient Experience & Team Support
- Handle patient concerns and complaints professionally, escalating when necessary
- Drive initiatives to improve patient satisfaction and overall clinic experience
- Support and guide the Patient Support Team to achieve operational goals
- Promote a positive, collaborative, and professional work environment
Performance & KPIs
- Meet operational, compliance, and service KPIs
- Contribute to revenue growth through operational improvements and patient engagement
- Develop and implement initiatives that generate measurable revenue
Requirements
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Confident in handling patient interactions and resolving complaints
- High attention to detail, especially in compliance and documentation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and clinic management systems
- Demonstrated leadership, initiative, and accountability
- Ability to motivate and positively influence team performance
Working Hours & Flexibility
- Full-time role: 48 hours per week, 6 days a week with 1 rest day
- Flexibility required to work alternative Sundays, occasional Saturdays, and additional shifts as required to cover sick leave or operational needs
Additional Information
- A 6-month probationary period applies
- Clinic-based role with regular interaction with patients, clinicians, and management
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,500.00 per month
Experience:
- minimum: 2 years (Preferred)
