Role Overview
The Patient Relations Executive is responsible for ensuring a positive and professional patient experience throughout the patient journey.
The role belongs to the Patient Relations and Customer Experience department and reports to the Patient Relations Manager or Clinic Manager.
The position is based in Dubai Investment Park.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients and visitors in a courteous, professional, and respectful manner.
- Act as the primary contact for patient queries, concerns, feedback, and service requirements.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve patient concerns in a timely manner.
- Handle patient complaints professionally and follow up until closure.
- Maintain accurate records of complaints, feedback, requests, and resolutions.
- Follow up with patients to confirm that concerns have been addressed satisfactorily.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, reception, pharmacy, billing, insurance, laboratory, and other departments.
- Provide information about appointments, services, processes, and facility matters.
- Monitor waiting times and escalate significant delays or service concerns.
- Support high standards of patient service and customer experience.
Position Requirements
- Excellent communication skills are required.
- The position requires empathy, professionalism, confidentiality, and effective coordination with clinical and non-clinical teams.
Compensation
- Pay starts from AED 3,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work is performed in person.
