Certifications / Education
Minimum
Associate's degree in healthcare, life sciences, business, communications, or related field OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred
Bachelor's degree.
Clinical research certification (ACRP, SOCRA) preferred.
Requirements
- Strong patient communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to build rapport with prospective study participants.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent documentation practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and CRM/recruitment tracking systems.
- Ability to achieve recruitment KPIs, enrollment goals, and conversion targets.
