Roles and Responsibilities: Organizational Accountabilities: Ensure work is performed based on approved policies, processes, procedures, and instructions Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices taking into account leading practices, cost reduction and productivity improvement Ensure day-to-day activities are properly performed in line with policies and procedures Follow-up on escalated cases/issues of subordinates to ensure they are closed efficiently and in a timely manner Functional Accountabilities: * Assist in implementing patient engagement programs and initiatives * Communicate with patients and families to provide information and support * Collect and analyze patient feedback to identify improvement opportunities * Coordinate patient education sessions and awareness campaigns * Support digital engagement platforms and tools for patient communication * Work with clinical and administrative teams to promote patient-centered care * Assist in organizing patient events, workshops, and focus groups * Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and engagement activities * Help prepare reports on engagement metrics and program effectiveness * Ensure compliance with hospital policies and healthcare regulations related to patient rights
