Role overview

Patient coordination

• Welcome and assist patients; respond to enquiries by phone, WhatsApp, social media, and other channels.
• Coordinate appointments, confirmations, rescheduling, and follow-ups; maintain accurate patient and communication records in the CRM.
• Follow up with new enquiries and existing patients to support appointment conversion and meet assigned targets.
• Explain clinic services and provide accurate general information to patients.

Clinic coordination and administration

• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, therapists, reception, and other departments to support smooth patient flow.
• Communicate with patients before and after appointments and handle concerns, escalating matters when required.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and follow clinic policies and procedures.
• Support daily clinic administrative and coordination tasks.

Requirements

• Arabic-speaking candidate and previous CRM experience are stated as mandatory.
• Immediate joining is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, good English, and strong customer-service and patient-handling skills are required.
• Candidates should be organized, responsible, attentive to detail, and able to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Good computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly are required.
• Previous clinic, hospital, medical centre, aesthetic clinic, or wellness experience is preferred.

Pay

• AED 4,000–5,000 per month.

Work location

• Work location is in person in Dubai.
