Role overview

Patient calls and appointments

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls and respond to patient enquiries by phone, WhatsApp, and other channels.
• Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and follow up on appointments.
• Record patient enquiries, calls, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM; follow up with new leads and existing patients.
• Provide accurate general information about clinic services and appointments and support lead conversion and assigned targets.

Coordination and records

• Coordinate with the patient coordinator, reception, doctors, and other departments.
• Handle patient questions and concerns professionally and maintain confidentiality of patient and clinic records.
• Prepare daily call and follow-up reports when required and perform other assigned call-centre communication duties.

Requirements

• Arabic-speaking candidate and previous CRM experience are stated as mandatory.
• Immediate joining is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, good English, telephone etiquette, and customer-service skills are required.
• Ability to manage multiple calls and follow-ups, work toward targets, and use computers, CRM, and communication platforms.
• Professional communication, punctuality, reliability, and ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment are expected.
• Previous call-centre, customer-service, clinic, hospital, aesthetic, or healthcare experience is preferred.

Pay

• AED 4,000–5,000 per month.

Work location

• Work location is in person in Dubai.
