Schedule:

  • Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.

Responsibilities

  • As a Patient Care Scheduler, you are the voice of our organization. You will:
  • Schedule patient appointments across multiple clinics and specialties
  • Coordinate referrals and provider availability
  • Answer patient questions with professionalism and compassion
  • Ensure accurate data entry and insurance verification
  • Partner closely with clinic teams to keep schedules efficient and patient-centered
