Role Summary
The Patient Access Representative is responsible for welcoming patients and supporting registration, scheduling, and admission processes.
The role ensures accurate data entry, smooth patient flow, and a positive patient experience across all access points.
Key Responsibilities
- Register and admit patients, schedule appointments, and manage patient check‑in
- Verify patient details and insurance eligibility
- Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth patient flow
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in hospital systems
- Provide high‑quality, culturally sensitive customer service
Requirements
- **UAE National (mandatory – Emiratisation role)**
- Strong **Arabic and English** communication skills
- Customer service or patient‑facing experience preferred
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn hospital systems
- Professional, detail‑oriented, and patient‑focused
- Pay: AED6,500.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
