About the Client:
A high-end casual dining restaurant based in Dubai.
Job Description
- Assist in baking and preparing all pastry components.
- Plate and garnish desserts according to brand standards.
- Manage inventory for pastry ingredients and fresh items.
- Ensure the pastry station meets high hygiene standards.
Requirements
- 28-36 years old, Male, Asian nationals
- At least 2 years of experience in the similar role
- Good understanding of doughs, creams, and decorating
- Strong attention to detail in plating and aesthetics.
- Relevant pastry certification or culinary degree
