- We are looking for an experienced Pastry Chef to join our team.
- The ideal candidate has strong expertise in preparing and presenting pastries, cakes, desserts, breads, and bakery products while maintaining the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and food safety.
- Prepare and present pastries, cakes, desserts, breads, and bakery products.
- Develop new recipes and seasonal dessert menus.
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
- Monitor inventory and order bakery ingredients.
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
- Control food cost, wastage, and portioning.
- Train and supervise junior pastry staff.
- **Requirements**
- 3–5+ years of pastry experience in hotels, restaurants, or bakeries.
- Knowledge of cakes, viennoiserie, breads, chocolates, and plated desserts.
- Food safety certification preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
- Strong creativity and attention to detail.
