Pastry Chef role focused on cookies, brownies, and related treats.
Pay is AED 4,000–4,500 per month.
Work location is in person.
Responsibilities
- Bake cookies, brownies, and related treats to a consistent standard.
- Create seasonal and limited-edition flavors.
- Scale recipes for batch production.
- Manage ingredient ordering, inventory, and waste.
- Follow food safety and allergen protocols.
- Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and efficient.
- Train and support kitchen staff.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of pastry or baking experience.
- Strong knowledge of doughs, batters, chocolate, and flavor pairing.
- Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
- Food handler certification or willingness to obtain one.
- Able to stand for long periods and lift 40 pounds.
