The group is opening a new outlet in Al Ain and is building its back-of-house team.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and cook food according to company recipes and quality standards.
- Support the Head Chef or Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations.
- Follow food hygiene, safety, cleanliness, and HACCP guidelines.
- Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control.
- Assist with stock control, storage, and minimizing wastage.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar back-of-house role; UAE experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
