Sales & Business Development
- Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with key clients across the rental, construction, oil & gas, and defense sectors.
- Promote genuine company and Perkins spare parts to maximize sales and improve equipment reliability and performance.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth in aftermarket services.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term partnerships with clients by understanding their operational needs and providing effective solutions.
- Conduct site visits to assess customer requirements and recommend optimized spare parts stocking plans.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, providing technical support, and offering tailored product and service solutions.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry regulations to identify potential business opportunities.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market insights.
- Recommend improvements to sales strategies and inventory planning based on customer demand and market conditions.
