Parts Representative

Key Responsibilities

• Operate the forklift to perform duties such and loading and unloading Act as the first point of contact for inbound call management and customers ordering parts Interpret parts to understand what will suit the customers needs Engage with customers to ensure enquiries and their post purchase needs are met Participate in regular stocktakes Assist in general warehousing duties including picking, packing and dispatching parts Skills and Experience Forklift licence & experience in warehousing desirable Drivers licence C is required Interest in mechanical and industrial products desirable Familiarity with CAT products desirable Intermediate computer literacy skills – MS Office and internet-based applications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively liaise with customers and a diverse range of team members Why WesTrac?
