Partnerships Manager

Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of experience in partnerships, strategic alliances, channel, or ecosystem development within enterprise technology
• Proven success selling and building partnerships in Mexico, with an established understanding of the market and how business gets done there
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%, including regular travel to Mexico
• Proven success driving revenue through partner-led and co-sell motions
• Experience working within cloud ecosystems (e.g., AWS, Microsoft, Google Cloud), including co-selling, marketplace motions, and partner alignment
• Background in SaaS, industrial technology, manufacturing, IoT, or AI-driven solutions
• Demonstrated ability to build and scale strategic partnerships that deliver measurable, multi-quarter revenue impact
• Strong executive presence with experience influencing senior stakeholders internally and externally
• Deep cross-functional leadership skills, with the ability to align sales, marketing, product, and operations
• Program-building mindset with experience developing repeatable frameworks and scalable processes
• Analytical and data-driven approach to decision-making
• Ownership mentality with a bias toward action, accountability, and results

• Experience selling or building partnerships in the UK
• Professional fluency in Spanish
• Based in Texas or another city with convenient access to Mexico (e.g., San Antonio, Houston, Austin, Dallas)
