The Role
We’re seeking an energetic, relationship-driven professional to expand our school and business partnerships across the Emirates.
As the face of Drawings By Me, you’ll build relationships with school administrators and business owners, introducing our ECAs, art programs, corporate collaborations, and other partnership opportunities that bring creativity and lasting memories to UAE communities.
This role involves identifying new partnership opportunities, managing partner accounts, negotiating agreements, and maintaining strong communication to foster long-term collaborations and mutual growth.
This position begins as a 6-month contract with the opportunity to grow into a permanent role based on performance.
What You'll Do
- Outreach & Prospecting: Identify and contact schools, nurseries, and businesses across the UAE via email, phone, and in-person visits
- School Visits: Travel to schools in Dubai and Abu Dhabi to present our programs and build relationships with decision-makers
- Pitch & Close: Present Drawings By Me's ECAs, Time Capsules, keepsake products and Art Program to school administrators
- Revenue Growth: Meet monthly targets for new partnerships and revenue generation
- Follow-Up: Maintain consistent communication with prospects, nurture leads, and close deals
- Relationship Management: Build trust with schools to secure renewals and referrals
Required
- Valid UAE driver's license and own car
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Outgoing, people-focused personality with strong relationship-building skills
- Highly organized with attention to detail and follow-through
- Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule
- Availability for school/nursery visits during weekday business hours
- Availability to attend events as needed
Preferred
- 1-3 years of sales or partnership experience (education sector a plus)
- Parent with children in UAE schools (understand the market firsthand)
- Existing network within Dubai/Abu Dhabi school communities
- Arabic speaking is a plus
- Targets and Expectations
- Close 5-10 new school deals/partnerships per month
- Generate over 50,000 AED in monthly revenue
- Maintain active pipeline through consistent outreach and follow-up
- Travel to schools in Dubai and Sharjah as needed
What We Offer
- Salary: 8,000-10,000 AED per month (based on experience)
- Petty Cash Allowance: up to 500 AED (per month, supported by receipts)
- Flexible Schedule: Work around school hours and family commitments. Attendance to some weekend events are required.
- Growth Opportunity: Potential to add commission based earning after 3months.
