Partner Key Account Manager

Role overview

What you will do

• Serve as the first contact for assigned partners and promptly resolve queries and service requests.
• Monitor partner trading volumes, client acquisition, and commissions; surface trends and flag issues to the Head of Business Development.
• Maintain partner CRM records and prepare portfolio performance reports.
• Coordinate with compliance, payments, marketing, and support to resolve partner issues and fulfill requests.
• Onboard partners, including account setup, product walkthroughs, and provision of marketing materials.
• Research Central Asian competitors, regulatory conditions, and prospective partners; build a qualified pipeline ahead of Q3 expansion.
• Communicate with partners in Uzbek and English.

Candidate requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as retail sales, hospitality, or account servicing.
• Native Uzbek and professional written and spoken English; Russian is a strong plus.
• Understanding of Central Asian markets and business culture.
• Financial-market exposure or knowledge is preferred, not required; CRM experience is beneficial.
• Be proactive and coachable, learn systems quickly, and be motivated to develop financial-market expertise and future market ownership.
