Partner Key Account Manager

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first contact for assigned partners and resolve service requests promptly.
• Monitor trading volumes, client acquisition, and commissions; flag trends and issues to the Head of Business Development.
• Maintain partner CRM records and prepare regular portfolio reports.
• Coordinate partner issue resolution with compliance, payments, marketing, and support.
• Onboard new partners through account setup, product walkthroughs, and marketing materials.
• Research competitors, regulation, and potential partners across Central Asia; build a qualified pipeline.
• Manage partner communications in Uzbek and English.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of customer-facing experience, such as retail sales, hospitality, or account servicing.
• Native Uzbek speaker with understanding of the Central Asian market and its cultural nuances.
• Professional English fluency for written and verbal partner communications.
• Russian is a strong plus.
• Financial-market, forex, CFD, or trading knowledge is preferred, not required.
• CRM experience is beneficial; ability to learn new systems is expected.
• Be proactive, coachable, receptive to feedback, and curious about financial markets.
