Your Impact
- Serve as a key advisor for strategic accounts leading advancements in AI and national infrastructure to position Cisco as the preferred technology partner.
- Develop and implement partner sales strategies to increase Cisco’s relevance and value across joint initiatives.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior executives and partner customers to influence and complete joint strategic plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale revenue streams aligned with national priorities and digital transformation goals.
- Orchestrate partner enablement and handle performance metrics to ensure successful execution of joint go-to-market plans.
Minimum Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability in technology sales and partner management within the IT industry.
- Consistent record of working with or through partners to drive profitable growth and measurable revenue.
- Demonstrated ability to lead within complex, matrixed organizations and coordinate diverse customers towards specific outcomes.
- Strong operational excellence and financial acumen in handling partner relationships.
- Professional-level proficiency in written and spoken English for business communication and presentations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Regional experience in the UAE or broader Middle East market.
- Proficiency in Arabic is a strong advantage.
- Experience with cloud technologies, services, subscription sales, and managed services business models.
- Sound knowledge of Cisco’s portfolio, including networking, data center, cloud, security, and AI solutions.
- Proven track record to work collaboratively within teams, gain consensus, and rapidly establish credibility with customers.
