Role Overview
Providing high-quality meal service and exceptional customer service to Residents and Guests. The Part-Time Server is responsible for providing attentive and friendly dining service during evening and weekend hours. Must implement proper food handling and cleaning techniques to ensure optimal infection control. Conduct oneself in a manner that contributes to an environment conducive to the provision of quality resident services. Responsible for the set-up, service, and cleaning of the Dining Room while maintaining or exceeding hospitality and service standards. Assist other food servers with dining services to Residents as needed.

POSITION SUMMARY
Providing high-quality meal service and exceptional customer service to Residents and Guests. The Part-Time Server is responsible for providing attentive and friendly dining service during evening and weekend hours. Must implement proper food handling and cleaning techniques to ensure optimal infection control. Conduct oneself in a manner that contributes to an environment conducive to the provision of quality resident services. Responsible for the set-up, service, and cleaning of the Dining Room while maintaining or exceeding hospitality and service standards. Assist other food servers with dining services to Residents as needed.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Greet and seat Residents and Guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take meal and beverage orders and serve requested items according to established policies and service standards.
- Maintain all side stations and dining areas using the “clean as you go” policy.
- Assist with the set-up and breakdown of the Dining Room.
- Assist with special events and functions as needed.
- Follow daily and weekly cleaning schedules.
- Assist with orientation and training of new food servers as needed.
- Practice all safety and loss prevention procedures.
- Maintain or exceed standards of appearance, cleanliness, personal sanitation, and hygiene.
- Attend all required in-services and training.
- Provide attentive, courteous, and respectful service to Residents and Guests.
- Perform all other reasonable tasks assigned by your supervisor.
