Overview

- Supports the Deputy Vice Chancellor in coordinating and tracking key institutional strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with priorities, effective execution, and informed decision-making through reporting, stakeholder coordination, and analysis.
- Coordinate implementation and monitor progress of strategic and transformation initiatives
- Prepare executive reports, briefings, and follow up on governance decisions
- Support cross-functional collaboration with academic and administrative units
- Conduct strategic analysis, benchmarking, and research to support decisions
- Manage tracking and reporting of institutional priorities and key projects
- Facilitate communication across stakeholders to support delivery of initiatives
Job Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Master’s preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in strategic planning, project management, organizational development, or related areas; higher education experience is an asset.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills.
- Fluent in English; Arabic and French are a plus.
