Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and licensed **Part-Time Male Nurse** to join our Home Healthcare team.
The successful candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the comfort of their homes, ensuring personalized treatment plans are delivered with professionalism, dignity, and compassion.
The role requires excellent clinical skills, effective communication, and the ability to work independently while maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in their homes according to physician orders and individualized care plans.
- Administer medications, injections, IV therapy, wound care, catheter care, and other prescribed treatments.
- Monitor patients' vital signs, assess their health status, and promptly report any changes to the supervising physician or care team.
- Educate patients and their families on disease management, medication administration, and preventive healthcare.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, treatments, and progress.
- Ensure compliance with infection control policies, patient safety standards, and home healthcare protocols.
- Respond effectively to patient needs and medical emergencies.
- Build professional and compassionate relationships with patients and their families.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Nursing.
- Valid DHAnursing license or eligibility.
- Minimum of 1 years of nursing experience, preferably in home healthcare, medical-surgical, ICU, or emergency care.
- Excellent clinical assessment and patient care skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel to patients' homes.
