Part-Time Internal Auditor - FMCG & Manufacturing

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Audit sales, finance, inventory, warehouses, procurement, and operations; review controls, policies, procedures, and compliance.
• Audit credit sales and receivables, including representative transactions and collections; review cash handling, customer accounts, and balances.
• Assess accounts receivable, aging reports, collections, transactions, supporting documents, approvals, and segregation of duties.
• Conduct inventory and warehouse audits; review returns, discounts, credit notes, and approvals.
• Identify risks and control weaknesses, recommend corrective actions, and report findings and follow-up actions to management.
• Help strengthen controls and reduce fraud, errors, leakage, and credit losses.

Requirements

• Previous experience in FMCG and/or manufacturing is required.
• Five or more years of internal audit experience is preferred.
• Credit-sales audit experience and experience with businesses managing 30 or more sales representatives are strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounts receivable, inventory, sales controls, and operational auditing; strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and ability to work independently and communicate findings clearly.
