Part Coordinator

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate parts requirements with Workshop, Production and Administration teams. Manage inventory, stock control and stocktakes. Order, receive, store and allocate parts to vehicle builds and service orders. Maintain accurate stock records and inventory control within SAP. Load and unload deliveries using a forklift. Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies. Support timely parts availability to meet customer and production requirements. Assist with general stores and warehouse activities as required. About You Forklift (LF) licence and experience essential. Unlimited Australian Working Rights. Experience in parts, stores, inventory or warehouse operations. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Ability to work across multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills. SAP experience desirable.
