Business Manager

Key responsibilities

• Drive vehicle, parts and accessory sales performance across the dealer network Partner with dealers to develop and execute business improvement plans Analyse sales performance, market trends and network opportunities Conduct regular dealer visits and performance reviews Support the implementation of sales, aftersales and customer retention programs Build strong relationships with Dealer Principals and dealership management teams Identify opportunities to improve profitability and operational performance Monitor dealer performance against business objectives and brand standards Share market intelligence and insights to support strategic decision-making Collaborate with internal teams to deliver network and customer outcomes Support customer experience and reputation improvement initiatives About you You are a relationship-focused automotive professional who enjoys influencing outcomes and helping businesses succeed. You have strong commercial acumen, an analytical mindset and the confidence to work closely with senior dealership stakeholders. You are proactive, driven and thrive in a field-based environment where no two days are the same. Most importantly, you're passionate about building strong partnerships and delivering measurable business results.
