- Prepare and cook different varieties of parathas according to standard recipes and quality requirements.
- Mix, knead, and portion dough for parathas and other bread items.
- Roll, shape, stuff, and cook parathas while maintaining consistency in size, taste, and presentation.
- Ensure all ingredients are prepared, stored, and handled according to food safety and hygiene standards.
- Monitor cooking temperatures and cooking times to ensure product quality.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, workstations, utensils, and cooking equipment.
- Check the freshness and quality of ingredients before use.
- Manage inventory of flour, spices, vegetables, and other ingredients; report shortages to the supervisor.
- Follow company policies, food safety regulations, and health standards at all times.
- Assist with food preparation and other kitchen duties as assigned.
- Minimize food waste and ensure efficient use of ingredients.
- Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and service of orders.
- Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
