- 1 year of experience in a Dubai law firm (Required)

Role Overview
- We are currently seeking a talented and bilingual (Arabic and English) Paralegal to join our legal services firm in Dubai.
- This role is crucial in providing essential support to our legal team, requiring visits to courts, public prosecution offices, police stations, and other relevant authorities.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular visits to courts, public prosecution offices, police stations, and other legal entities as required.
- Assist attorneys in preparing and filing legal documents for court cases, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
- Liaise with court officials, legal clerks, and other professionals in the legal system.
- Translate legal documents, correspondence, and evidence from Arabic to English and vice versa.
- Gather and organize evidence, documents, and case materials for review by attorneys.
- Maintain accurate and up to date case files, ensuring confidentiality and security.
- Coordinate with clients, providing updates on case statuses and requirements.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing travel arrangements.
- Stay informed about changes in UAE legal procedures and regulations.
Compensation
- Pay: AED5,000.00 AED6,000.00 per month
Experience and Language
- Experience: Dubai law firm: 1 year (Required)
