Painting Supervisor – Joinery & Interior Fit-Out
HKZ Interior Decoration LLC is hiring an experienced **Painting Supervisor** with strong knowledge of **paint mixing, PU painting, and polishing works** for joinery and interior fit-out projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise painting and polishing works in workshop and site locations.
- Handle paint mixing, color matching, and material preparation.
- Ensure proper surface preparation, sanding, filling, and priming.
- Monitor PU painting, wood finishing, and polishing quality.
- Assign daily tasks to painters and polishers and track productivity.
- Inspect completed works to maintain quality standards.
- Control material usage and minimize wastage.
- Coordinate with production and project teams for timely completion.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures.
Requirements
- Strong experience in PU painting, wood polishing, and finishing works.
- Knowledge of paint mixing, color matching, and polishing equipment.
- Experience supervising painting teams in joinery/interior fit-out industry.
- Good leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
- UAE experience preferred.
